How to enter?
This is a chip timed event (21.5 AND 10KM) and we therefore need your registration before or on
May 4, 2012
Any participants who wish to enroll on May 5 can do it at the venue only (Thanyapura Sports and Leisure Club) from 9am to 5pm but entry fees will be 35% higher.
NO REGSITRATIONS ON RACE DAY FOR 10km and 21.5km!

No chip for 3km fun run so registrations will be accepted on race day at venue from 6-7am


1. Online + bank transfer www.ama-events.com on or before May 4, 2012

Fill and submit the online form and pay by bank or ATM transfer to Krung Thai Bank Account no.260-0-01577-9 A/C name Serge Henkens (River Kwai Trophy)
Send us the bank transfer slip by email or fax mentioning your name and track number -VERY IMPORTANT!
2. In person at AMA office 32 seree 4 Road. On Rama 9 road, pass the Ramkhamheng intersection and head towards Srinakarin road. Turn left in Soi 43 just after the Esso gas station. Drive another 300m.
AMA office is just after 7-eleven. Opening hours 9am to noon and 1pm to 5:30pm. Closed on public holidays. Closed for Songkran from Sat April 7 until Tues April 16 included.
3. In person at Robinson Central Rama 9 Columbia Store at 2nd fl.Registration and payment every day from 11am to 9pm from April 10 until May 2
4. In person at Phuket Outlet Mall at Columbia counter. Registration and payment every day from 10am until 10pm from April 12 to May 2
5. In person at Thanyapura Sports and Leisure Club Phuket from April 2 until May 2 from 8am until 9pm
6. Registrations and payments will be accepted at Thanyapura on May 5 from 9am to 5pm but the entry fee will be 35% higher 1000 baht for 21.5km anand 800 baht for 10km
6. Registrations for 3km fun run open for all are accepted on Saturday May 5 from 9am-5pm and Sunday May 6 from 6am-7am. Entry fee is 100 baht for adults and free for children 14 and under
No T-Shirt for fun run 3km, please note!

Collection of race number(s) on May 5-6
Racers who have pre-registered and paid online or at any counters can collect their race number, race t-shirt and Columbia surprise gift at venue (Thanyapura Sports and Leisure Club Phuket):

  • Saturday May 5 from 9am to 5pm
  • Sunday May 6 from 6:00 to 7:30
VERY IMPORTANT: You need to bring your entry form copy (and or your track number) and proof of payment in order to receive your race number. If you are unable to submit a proof of payment, you will have to pay your entry fee again.
